Goods will be delivered to mainland Uk and Northern Ireland.For Republic of Ireland delivery please ring for best price. We aim to deliver within 2-5 working days however please allow up to 3 weeks depending on where in the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland you live and the delivery option selected. If an item is out of stock, we will inform the customer of a possible delay and give them the option to delay their order or cancel.

Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving your products without giving a reason providing the goods are unused, boxed and in a resaleable condition. You would however have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us (the amount would depend on the item). If goods are faulty on delivery, we will collect the items free of charge and dispatch a new machine of the same spec.

If you have decided to cancel your order or wish to return your products to IndustrialVac.co.uk, We will refund your credit card within 30 days of cancellation.
