Vacuum Cleaner
A vacuum cleaner is a versatile, useful
tool in the home, in businesses and in industrial settings.
While there are certain grades for various uses, there are
some features that are consistent among most vacuums. Many
have extra tools and attachments for a variety of tasks.
There are also filtering systems and bags
on vacuum cleaners that make it environmentally
friendly and easier on those who may have allergies or
asthma because it does not stir up and release dust or
allergens into the air. This type of cleaning
equipment can be used on hard floors as well as carpets
of any pile, from plush carpeting to indoor-outdoor varieties.
In the home, a vacuum cleaner is often used for cleaning floors, but its use can extend
far beyond that. It can also clean upholstery and drapes
as well. It generally has a smaller capacity, smaller
filters and a lesser power capacity than its industrial
counterparts, but is very effective for home use. A home vacuum cleaner can be used for smaller
office spaces, but they are not really suited for larger
areas.
For areas that require heavier duty work
or larger areas, such as a department store or large office
complexes, an industrial
vacuum cleaner would be more suited to the job. The

industrial grades are more powerful and have a larger
capacity. These vacuums can cover a larger area in a shorter
amount of time. Additionally, they can handle more strenuous
tasks such as metal shavings, nails and bolts.
The suction is stronger and the tube set
is usually stainless steel as is the tank. A vacuum
cleaner that is industrial grade can handle a
wide variety of tasks and many different environments.
While they may be somewhat too large for home use, these
vacuums are definitely suited for just about any challenge
that can be handed to them.
